Performing a work place audits sounds daunting. However you will find it’s a surprisingly simple process. However like many things that look simple there are a few things that are critical to the success of the initiative. These will include,

Collecting the data and generating the numeric report is easy. These numbers provide a skeleton of numerical information, all pointing in different directions. The facilitation of the focus groups provide the meat for these bones. The facilitation on the action plan provide the solutions you will work on.
